BioI've had an ED on and off again for about five years now. I like to come on to livejournal for support. I've made the active decision not to try and seek out recovery. Perhaps that's not the right thing to do but it's the way I feel about having an ED right now. PLEASE do not contact me telling me things like "Please please recover". I'm not interested right now. If you are in recovery from an ED yourself, I wish you all the best. But, please, I'm not interested in recovery myself.
I'm also not interested in telling kids how to get an ED. AN ED IS A SERIOUS PROBLEM...NOT SOME COOL THING TO DO OR A TYPE OF DIET. If you don't have an ED, my best advice is not to start.
I've decided that my wanna-be weight is 66lbs which, with my 5ft8 frame, would put me down to a cool BMI of 10.
